We are in the process of refurbishing one of our halls of residence and we would like to replace the current alphabetised pigeon hole postal system with a lockable mailbox solution.
The new mail boxes would be located in a common room inside the building. I suspect the mailboxes would need to be designed to fit (and would take considerably more space than the existing pigeon holes) - probably in 'banks' of boxes, something like those shown on your website at: http://www.safetyletterbox.com/news/2010/08-18-for-students.php
I attach a list of the room numbers - we would need a minimum of 273 mail boxes preferably with the numbers pre-printed/engraved on them, plus a small number of spare mail boxes to allow for future/additional uses. Ideally the mail boxes would each have different keys, but could all be opened by one master-key (so that we can place larger items of mail inside and clear junk mail.)
Would you be able to give a rough estimate of costing’s for the supply and installation of lockable mail boxes for this hall? We would be looking to install during the summer, ready for the next student intake in October.
