Security of mail is of growing concern. It is an area we are continually developing. We are also aware of the requirements of the Royal Mail.
As a rule all our apertures confirm to the current EU standards (EN13724) - and all mailboxes have internal bridges to help prevent mail being dragged up the front face of the box.
In some cases this aperture can be compromised with the use of various infamously devised tools, if there is a problem with a site, or you feel it may be vulnerable - we have a solution in fitting one of our aperture (gap) restrictors.
In some cases we have restricted the apertures down to 10mm, which prevents theft from the flap, but does restrict the size of the mail that can be delivered. These can be factory fitted or retro fitted with ease. it is part of out optional extra range of products.
