A local Council Authority contacted The Safety Letterbox Company because they required a secure lockable File Storage Cabinet to enable their on-site contractors to access relevant information concerning policy and procedures.
'As an audit and risk requirement, we have to source lockable cupboards to house at least 5 lever arch files with information that needs to be available for on site contractors, fire brigade, etc. Please could you let us know if you can manufacture something to suit'? We anticipate that we will need 5 cabinets that will be individually sited throughout the council. Ideally freestanding or wall mounted for ease of access.'

After discussions with the Estates Manager, SLB designed and developed a secure file storage cabinet with a digital lock (so lost keys didn't become an issue and the code could be changed as and when required) with a strong piano hinged door. The cabinets were wall mounted on canti-lever wall brackets for ease of access.
