In Front/Out Back Mailbox Range

This range of products is designed to become part of the building line ensuring continued security of the building.

Mail is delivered to the front face of the mailbox at the exterior of the building and held securely under lock and key. Access is via the inside face of the mailbox which would be situated inside the building, e.g. in a communal lobby area or hallway.

Because this type of mailbox is a natural connection between the exterior and interior of the building, they are a perfect vehicle for housing door entry systems capable of containing push buttons, transformers, speaker units, video units and/or door release electronics.

This is a very popular method of holding and retrieving mail and as a result there is a wide variety of units to choose from.

Economy Products

This easy to install unit is a compromise between Mailforce 1 and 2. Mailforce 3 receives A4 mail sideways thereby reducing the requirement for depth but demanding an increased requirement for width.

Mailforce 3T is easy to install and covers most eventualities where the finished wall thickness may not be known but will finish flush in and out as long as it is between 271mm and 412mm.

Standard Products

Com 3 Domestic is a useful, installation friendly unit as it is manufactured in a single cabinet which contains a number of compartments as requested by the client. Easy to install on site as it is delivered in a completed state which means that all individual units align perfectly.

The Com 3 Commercial mailbox is as versatile as the Com 3 Domestic but can accommodate a larger holding capacity. This unit is particularly suitable for office blocks.

These units have additional compartments to accommodate a door entry system which could comprise of push buttons, engraved panels, speaker unit, transformer, microphone, camera etc. Detailed drawings and wiring diagrams are provided to the client once the exact requirements are known.

If the COM 3 stack of mailboxes were sited through a wall or side screen but landed against an internal returning wall obstructing the rear of the normally positioned access doors, then the access doors would be positioned on the cabinet side at 90º to the entry point. Either left or right hand side when viewed from the front.

Designed to be installed into the side screen (or similar), where either no brick wall exists or the side screen is the preferred position. The reinforced panel is 22mm thick (a standard sealed double glazed unit) and is intended to be placed into position as a substitute for the glass within the same frame.

Easier to install than Mailforce 1 as there is no slope to consider but this unit must be extended to at least 340mm in order to accept A4 sized mail and will therefore extend internally when the wall thickness is less than 340mm. Adjustable to fit variable wall thickness.
