EXCELSIOR BUILDING, SWANSEA
Mailbox project undertaken for Cowlin construction. We installed a freestanding bank of engraved stainless steel COM 2 mailboxes with solid oak dividers.
CROSBY & ROCHA
Crosby homes produced a stunning development in the Orion Building, Birmingham. Designed by the renowned John Rocha, the attention to detail was critical, which included the bespoke mailbox arrangement. Black COM 2 mailboxes engraved with numbering were supplied in horizontal banks and arranged with walnut inserts and positioned in a beautiful spacious lobby.
PROJECT REFLEXIONS
A recent interesting and highly prestigious Barratt development in Hounslow required a mailbox solution that was fitting with the highly design led image and site profile.
Architects Michael Aukett had a vision for banks of mailboxes to appear suspended throughout the reception area. The Com2 mailboxes were clad in Sycamore Veneer and contained a LED lighting arrangement. All boxes were engraved and infilled with 'electric blue' to suit the paintwork throughout the lobby area. This resulted in a stunning arrangement proving that even mailboxes can greatly add to the aesthetics of the building, providing an excellent first impression of the development.
MIDAS & CONRAN
Midas construction working on a Conran designed development, required a postal room for their prestigious contemporary City Lofts development in Cardiff. 180 mailboxes were designed, manufactured, supplied and installed by the Safety Letterbox Co. in July 2006. The challenge was to produce the most effective, practical mailbox whilst providing a suitably fitting aesthetic look for such a design led development.
The safety Letterbox Co installed the mailboxes to ensure the smooth completion of the project. Midas project Director, John McLaughlin points out why the Safety Letterbox Co were chosen, 'The right price, the right specification and the right delivery schedule' he stated.
