Our TS009:2019 both horizontal and vertical are a technical specification produced by the Door and Hardware Federation (DHF) in conjunction with Secured by Design, which is designed to ‘enhance security and general requirements for letterbox assemblies that are wall recessed, freestanding or surface mounted and where mail is retrieved from the same side as delivery’.
