There have been endless cases where we have delivered way over and above on sites over the years, we firmly believe in doing the very best we can to help our customers and to leave the site in the best way we can.

As well as install we offer a full after sales and service department. In particular spare locks and keys and also assistance with software and onboarding of myRENZbox our parcel systems.

This growth area of parcel systems is handled seamlessly via our skilled Software Engineers and Onboarding team, recently that has involved training in person and remotely, demos and help with set ups, end to end customer support

” The delivery of the training and delivery of our service is a bit like the parcels themselves. the delivery itself is only part of the process and a lot is unseen but as important. we deliver the product based on the individual needs of the customer and can only tailor the systems by close collaboration with them and the interconnected teams that combine to give the best solution for every requirement. the trick is to identify the requirements early and engage with the customer to understand their needs and to help them understand how we meet them within the confines of the technology available.”
