The MEFA Letter wall mounted mailbox features a very characteristic design inspired by the classic envelope, in a poetic reference to the mailbox contents. The post box uses a very clean and minimalistic design style, available in a variety of different colours – this mailbox would look great outside of any home.
The MEFA Letter mailbox offers a minimalistic design style available at an affordable price which can securely store up to 15 litres of mail at any one time. The mailbox is manufactured using galvanised steel and finished with polyester powder coated paint to a choice of a variety of standard colours.
The MEFA Letter mailbox was designed by the well-known Danish designer Sofie Schelde, who created a unique, attractive colour palette that accentuates the sheer simplicity of the mailbox whilst blending in with the colours of nature and the colours of the building. The coded security lock is discreetly concealed behind the flap to ensure the mailbox features a clean and minimalistic front face.
This mailbox can be freestanding with the use of a Pole 22 stand which is available in the same colour finishes as the MEFA Letter.
The MEFA Letter Mailbox is suitable for both external and internal placement.
The concealment of the mail opening aperture where mail is posted is one of the many clever features of the product design. The mail opening aperture is located under the front flap which gives the mail its distinctive envelope design. This clever design also protects the contents from potential water ingress via the mail opening aperture.
The drop down flap conceals a MEFA Security Lock which is used to securely store the deposited contents of the mailbox. The mailbox is supplied with a set of two keys as standard (more available on request) and the front face of the product opens vertically download to reveal the deposited mail.
