We can cut replacement keys for mailboxes manufactured by ourselves – The Safety Letterbox Company, RENZ and MEFA after being supplied with the key code for the original keys. We can only provide you with a replacement key if you have the key number (this number would have been featured on the face of your old key and should have been recorded as per the instructions in your mailbox).
We will always advise you on the best and safest route to take when ordering replacement keys and locks. If you are new to a property that has previously been occupied then we suggest you change your lock as the previous occupiers may still hold keys.

- Once the form is received we will contact you on the phone number provided to take your payment.
- You will be asked a series of questions for security.
- A new key will be cut and despatched to you within a week to the alternative delivery address that you provide.
If you do not have a key number, then you can only purchase a replacement mailbox lock. Unfortunately, we do not hold a record of key numbers for mailboxes for security reasons and cannot provide historic information on previous key numbers for your mailbox.
