Global Expansion: Reaching New Markets Across Europe & Beyond
2025 has been a year of exceptional international growth for SLB as demand for secure, compliant mailboxes and parcel delivery systems continues to rise worldwide.
This year, we significantly increased our presence in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, strengthening our partnerships, supporting more contractors and developers, and expanding our footprint across both regions.
Beyond the UK and Ireland, we also delivered products into new global territories, further extending our reach across Europe. We are proud to now be supplying secure mail solutions into Ukraine, Cyprus, Slovenia, and Romania — markets where resilience, reliability, and trusted British manufacturing are more important than ever.
Our growing export capability, supported by dedicated logistics and project teams, continues to make our UK-made products accessible to customers around the world.
Digital Transformation: Launch of the NEW SLB Online Shop
One of our major milestones this year was the development and launch of our brand-new Online Shop, designed to make buying individual letterbox and parcel boxes, and accessories easier than ever for both residential and small business customers.

Team Expansion
To support increased demand and new projects, we added new roles across both our Sales and Manufacturing departments. These additions have strengthened our operational capacity and enhanced customer service, ensuring we can continue delivering excellence as our global footprint expands.
International Collaboration
We were also delighted to welcome a three-month intern from our sister company RENZ in Germany. This exchange focused on cross-company collaboration, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing across the wider Renz Group.
The insights gained throughout the placement are already supporting improvements in our internal processes, customer experience, and product development strategies.
