Mobile App

The myRENZbox Smart Parcel Box Mobile App works seamlessly with the Renz control unit, allowing you to operate your parcel box conveniently from a smartphone or tablet. First, simply register with your username and password to authenticate your account.

Once logged in, the app functions as both an electronic key and an information hub, providing real-time updates on deliveries received and shipments ready for collection. Additionally, users can generate unique PIN codes for online orders, enabling all carriers to deliver parcels securely.

Furthermore, the app offers optional SMS and email notifications, and it can send instant push notifications the moment a parcel arrives in your intelligent parcel locker. Finally, the myRENZbox Smart Parcel Box App is available for Android, Windows, and Apple mobile devices, ensuring accessibility across all platforms.

Management Portal

The myRENZbox parcel box systems are managed through an online portal, accessible from any location with an internet connection via www.myrenz.com. Designed to save time and simplify administration, the myRENZbox Management Portal gives residents and property staff full visibility into each parcel box system. As a result, it enables detailed reporting and maximises operational efficiency across projects.

Additionally, the portal allows users to view, manage, and control multiple smart parcel locker banks from a single platform. Consequently, it serves as an essential tool for both everyday users and property administrators, streamlining parcel management across all sites.

Portal for Staff

The myRENZbox parcel box Staff Portal allows remote management of one or multiple intelligent mail and smart parcel locker systems. Staff can easily issue and withdraw access permissions for users, as well as manage Renz digital nameplates directly from the office – eliminating the need for manual key management and nameplate replacement. Landlord administrators also benefit from real-time updates on locker usage and system status, streamlining operational oversight.

Portal for Residents

The myRENZbox parcel box Resident Portal offers a quick and convenient way for residents to manage their user accounts remotely. Residents can update their personal information, generate unique one-time PIN codes for parcel deliveries, create permanent family PIN numbers, and enable access for other trusted service providers – ensuring a flexible and user-friendly parcel management experience.

Delivery and collection processes are also GDPR-compliant, ensuring no personal data is shared between parcel companies or users. Acting solely as a processor of information, we provide a secure platform for smart parcel box owners to manage user data via the management portal.

Our systems are protected by robust network security measures including firewalls, intrusion prevention, and SSL certificate encryption. In the event of a malicious attack, unauthorised authentication is blocked immediately, with the portal further protected by IPS-inspected firewalls and regular audits based on ISO 27001 standards.

Data is securely stored both locally at the smart parcel boxes and within the myRENZbox portal, supported by a cloud solution housed in a German data centre. Touch Screen Display Units

5" Display Screen

The Renz control unit with 5-inch touch display is a central menu-driven control unit for smaller mail and parcel box units with up to 8 boxes.

Drivers can authenticate themselves with their hand-held device, while residents can do so using the myRENZbox app, electronic key chip or personalised PIN. The resident is notified by email, Messenger, SMS (text) or push message about the delivery or collection of a parcel.

8" Display Screen

On parcel box units, the Renz control unit with 8-inch touch display is a central menu-driven control unit for up to 500-compartment mail and parcel box units and collection boxes.

This control unit can therefore be used when a larger number of residents need to be accommodated. Menu navigation is even more convenient than with the 5-inch control unit.

32" Display Screen

The Renz control unit with 32-inch touch display has the same features as its smaller sister. With its much larger display, it doubles as a digital information terminal for communication or advertising.

The default screen displays the required promotional/advertising information, the parcel menu screen is activated as soon as the screen is touched and after a predetermined ‘idle time’, the screen automatically switches back to display promotional messages.
