To meet Scandic’s needs, we provided the innovative myRENZbox locker system. These smart lockers offer a secure and user-friendly way for guests to store their belongings temporarily, without requiring any staff assistance. Guests can independently book a locker, deposit their luggage, and make payments directly through the system. The integrated payment terminal allows guests to pay for storage using their preferred method, such as credit card or mobile payment, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. Once the booking is complete, guests receive a unique PIN code to access their locker, enabling a completely autonomous and contactless process.

The myRENZbox system is designed with flexibility in mind, featuring compartments of various sizes to accommodate everything from small bags to large suitcases. Located conveniently within the hotel premises, the lockers are accessible 24/7, giving guests the freedom to store or retrieve their belongings at their convenience.
