THE PROJECT
The Erbil project in Iraq is a private residential development located in the heart of the city centre.
The development features multiple buildings that are home to thousands of residents and the existing process of sorting and distributing mail throughout the project was more time-consuming than it needed to be.
The client approached us with a requirement for mailboxes to be fitted in a relatively small area to securely store the mail for residents as the existing process of sorting and distributing mail throughout the project was too time-consuming and inefficient.
Using both the location dimensions available and the number of mailboxes required, a suitable product was specified and detailed drawings were sent to the client for approval.
THE PRODUCT
The H1 mailbox polyester powder coated in a Graphite Grey (RAL 7024) specified by the client to meet the project branding guidelines.
The mailboxes were wall mounted, back fixed onto the wall and placed onto bespoke marble plinths to provide an attractive support for the weight of the mailboxes.
As a final part of the product, we manufactured custom delivery creates which ensured that the thousands of mailboxes being transported from the UK to Iraq arrived safely.
