THE PROJECT
The Fulham Riverside project a multi-occupancy residential development situated on the banks of the River Thames.
The development is found in one of London’s most sought after locations, just a few minutes walk from Chelsea and offering an abundance of boutique shops, bars, restaurants blended into a village-like atmosphere.
The Fulham Riverside project was ‘Highly Commended’ in both The Sunday Times British Homes Awards and the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2017.
THE PRODUCT
The project secures it’s mail deliveries with the use of the MODA horizontal mailbox (MH 300-110). This MH 300-110 mailbox is a popular in front / out front item that can be wall mounted, recessed or freestanding to suit the requirements of the project and client.
In the Fulham Riverside project, the mailboxes are configured into large banks of products that are recessed into walls in the walkway – a popular installation option which complies with safety requirements on residences like this.
The MODA mailbox used on this project uses a high-quality stainless steel finish, combining affordable pricing with a desirable finish to enhance the style of the installation area.
Every mailbox is engraved with a contrasting black numbering which correlates to the apartment addresses in the project. Each bank of mailboxes also uses a surround trim which provides a clean finish between the mailboxes and the wall they are installed into.
