HEY The Neighbourhood

The Neighbourhood student accommodation is located in Cardiff – one of the UK’s most popular urban destinations that “combines an eclectic mix of history, culture, and fresh and exciting innovations”.

The Neighbourhood student accommodation project is situated on the corner of City Road and The Parade in the heart of Cardiff city centre, within a short walking distance to the university, railway station and town centre.

The project features cost-effective MODA stainless steel mailboxes configured into a large bank of freestanding mailboxes that are fitted to the floor using bespoke steel plinth supports. Integrated into the bank of boxes are mailboxes finished in a Pure White (RAL 9010) colour that spell out the word “HEY”.

The mailboxes are located in the reception lobby area close to the property entrance doors, welcoming visitors and residences to the student accommodation each time they enter the building.
