This residential refurbishment project in Lviv, Ukraine, required a secure, modern mailbox solution as part of a wider upgrade to the property’s perimeter and access system. The client sought to integrate mailboxes into the external boundary fence, allowing postal delivery to be made from the outside of the property while residents collect their mail safely from the inside.

The Safety Letterbox Company worked closely with the client to design a solution that blended seamlessly with the aesthetic of the fence, including matching the mailbox colour to the existing Olive Green finish. Because the mailboxes were to be installed through the perimeter fence, the system needed to ensure:

To meet the project’s requirements, The Safety Letterbox Company supplied Mailforce Fixed Depth Mailboxes configured in an In Front / Out Back setup—ideal for secure perimeter installations.

A custom-designed casing was manufactured to enable the mailboxes to be fitted directly into the external fence structure. This casing included an integrated intercom system, providing residents with a combined communication and mail access point in a clean, unified layout.

Every unit was finished in Olive Green (RAL 6003) to seamlessly match the existing fencing. Each mailbox also featured engraved numbering with white infill, ensuring high visibility and a polished, professional appearance.
