This project in Twickenham features a high-end bank of in front / out side post boxes that have been used to allow for delivery of mail items externally and collection internally.

The external side of the property is not secured which allows the mail delivery personnel to openly deposit post into a post box without having to be given access to the property. Items delivered are securely held inside of the mailbox until they are accessed through a locked door on the rear side of the product.

Each mailbox has been engraved with a number which corresponds with the recipients apartment. The engraving has been colour infilled in a contrasting Jet Black colour, providing both delivery personnel and recipients with an easy way to identify the box to use.

This type of in front / out side product is based on our COM 3 mailbox which is a popular choice when requiring a through the wall post box to fit into an external property wall. Typically, the COM 3 mailbox would allow for mail to be retrieved directly behind where the items have been posted, but in projects where this is not possible due to the makeup of the location, mail can be retrieved at the side.

The COM 3 at 90 post box is manufactured in the UK, and we can create a product that meets specific project requirements. The product can be created with a depth of up to 500mm. The depth of this product is from the front of the mailbox to the furthest point away from the delivery side.

The mailboxes used on this project were supplied in one complete product allowing for a simple installation into the wall.

This project uses a high quality stainless steel finish for both the front and rear doors on the mailbox, but this product can be finished in a painted finish from our RAL colour range, a specific RAL colour at an additional cost as well as a range of other finishes including bronze, mirrored stainless etc. Please contact us for more information on this project or post box.
