The Challenge
One Maidenhead (phase 1) is delivering 429 homes, right at the heart of this Thames Valley town. Get Living has created an excellent BTR development that sets a precedent for the Maidenhead area. From design briefs and meetings, our design team worked closely with the architects to meet the exact requirements and budgets for this project.
The architect needed our mailboxes to integrate perfectly into the designated locations on all blocks and entrances and have them look completely flush recessed in the wall, while maintaining a secure mail location.

Our approach
Following our design briefs and meetings, we followed this up with many revisions and samples to make sure we had the exact product at the right price, through to supply and installation. We had many meetings with the client to make sure everything fit the specific aesthetics and sizing needed, 438 of our fully polyester powder coated, MODA 260 mailboxes in RAL 7015 were supplied to the site from our factory in Neath, South Wales, and installed by our British installation team over all blocks and entrances. The MODA 260 Horizontal mailbox is the perfect product for this development offering a highly dynamic solution that is very cost effective.
