Wembley Fire Rated
THE PROJECT
Positioned just on the edge of the iconic Wembley Stadium in London, this multi-residential building required a stylish, fire rated mail solution for their residents.
We love to deliver on design led arrangements and on this project the choice of colour made a real impact, creating a visual statement with a vibrant bank of FR2 mailboxes, whilst at the same time ensuring the product satisfied the requirements of the Fire Officer and Building Regulations.
Not only do these mailboxes look fantastic, they also provide peace of mind as the entire Fire Rated range of mailboxes from SLB have been tested by WarringtonFire testing laboratory to the BS EN 1363-1:2012 standard. This means that SLB Fire rated mailboxes are able to hold back a fire or contain a fire for a minimum of 2 hours.
The Fire Rated 2 mailbox is an in front / out front horizontal mailbox which is suitable for wall mounting, wall recessing, or freestanding. The minimal height of the mailbox is ideal for maximising they quantity of mailboxes that can be used in a restricted area whilst accepting A4 mail.
