This year, we introduced several groundbreaking solutions that have further strengthened our position as leaders in secure mail and parcel delivery systems.

Secure Information Boxes (SIB)

In January 2024, we launched our highly anticipated Secure Information Box (SIB). The SIB is designed to save lives by securely storing vital information in the event of an emergency such as floor plans, single page orientation plans and the location of vulnerable residents, in high rise residential buildings.

NEW COM-TS009 Range

Alongside this, we launched the NEW COM-TS009 range, in November 2024. Designed with enhanced durability and flexibility in mind, this new range of TS009 mailboxes, are tested and Certified to Secured by Design TS009:2019 standard, ensuring maximum security for mail storage. Capable of suiting various setups, these post boxes can be configured in banks to accommodate different spaces and volumes, combining flexibility with robust, anti-fishing protection. An ideal solution for multi-residential buildings where safety, compliance, and reliable mail handling are paramount. Factory Renovations

As part of our commitment to sustainability and employee well-being, we are thrilled to announce the completion of phase one of our factory renovations. This milestone marks a significant step in enhancing both the environmental efficiency and the overall working environment at The Safety Letterbox Company.

One of the key improvements in this phase has been our shift to a more sustainable heating solution. By installing energy-efficient heating, we’ve significantly reduced our carbon footprint, aligning with our broader environmental goals. In addition to sustainable heating, we’ve upgraded our lighting to an LED motion sensor system throughout the facility. These lights not only provide excellent illumination but also reduce energy waste by ensuring that lights are only on when and where they are needed. This smart lighting solution is another step toward improving our operational efficiency while minimising our environmental impact.

Our focus on creating a positive and supportive environment for our team has also been a priority during this renovation. We’ve upgraded our canteen space so staff can unwind, recharge, and take well-deserved breaks.
